Stay in Ninh Binh.

Day 01 : Hanoï – Hoa Lu citadel – Bike ride to Mua cave – Cooking class – Bungalow (Lunch / Dinner.)

Between 7:45 AM and 8:30 AM, our guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and take you to Ninh Binh. Along the way, you will enjoy the peaceful scenery along Highway 1A. Stop for a short break to stretch your legs before continuing the journey. At the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu, visit the temples of King Dinh and King Le. You will arrive at the Tam Coc dock at noon and have a buffet lunch with Vietnamese dishes at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will cycle to Mua cave, surrounded by beautiful rice fields. Climb to the top of the mountain where Mua cave is located, noticing the pretty stalactites and stalagmites inside, then enjoy a spectacular view from the summit over the valley. You will return to Tam Coc leisurely through the villages. Arrive at Tam Coc Bungalow, where you will have free time until the cooking lesson on how to prepare authentic cakes takes place. You can relax, read books, or swim before dinner around 7:00 PM, then enjoy the night on-site.

 

Day 02 : Morning market visit – Exciting boat ride at Tam Coc – Tea tasting – Hanoï (Breakfast / Lunch.)

Starting at 6:30 AM, practice Tai Chi at sunrise, followed by breakfast. Visit the local market in the morning to see how the locals sell and buy authentic products that you rarely see in tourist areas. Then enjoy the exciting boat trip on the Dong river with sampan boats through caves. Visit a beautiful river surrounded by limestone karsts with rich flora and fauna. You will finish the boat trip and experience an authentic lunch prepared by our chef.

In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to cycle through a peaceful village with rice fields to visit Bich Dong pagoda, surrounded by a lotus pond. Climb to the top and enjoy a panoramic view of the spectacular limestone ridges and hamlets. Then, have afternoon tea to end this beautiful day and board the bus to return to Hanoï. You can also stay in Ninh Binh or take transportation to the next destination. Arrive in Hanoï in the early evening. End of services.
