sapa basic trekking tour

Day 1 : Ma Tra - Lu Khau- Saxeng

Distance : 13 km - Duration : 4-5 hours walking

Our driver pick you up from Lao Cai train station to Sapa for shower and breakfast, we will first travel by foot to matra village where you start trekking through nice rice terrace field by following small trails. During your trek, you will have many  oportunities to enjoy spectacular view over rice paddy and corn field . You will stop in friendly family for lunch , after lunch we continue to go uphill giang tra village inhabited by black Hmong and Dao minorities people, 2 largest ethnic group in sapa. Your guide will tell you about the daily life and traditional of these two minorities , after desending to Saxeng valley stay overnight in typical red Dao house, you will able take a walk around the village while your guide prepare diner

Day 2: Hang Da - Hau Chu Ngai - Giang Ta Chai

distance 14 km - duration -5 h walking

Once your breakfast finish, you will be heading toward Hang Da, you will pass through several minority villages along the way . the walk through rice terraces field is very enjoyable and then you will reach to the top of highland , where you have fantastic view over Muong Hoa valley , you will stop at Hau Chu Ngai village for lunch.

After lunch , you will take a walk under shadow of pine trees as well as a short walk down to bottom of the valley, where you will spend the night in a Zay family beside a nice waterfall

Day 3 : Su Pan -Ban Den - Sapa

Distance 11 km - Duration 3-4 h walking

This day , your trek is shorter and easier, but you will see many different landscaps. Once you finish your breakfast you leave for Giang Ta Chai village , a red Dao ethnic people village. You will trek on a snaking trail along river and through wonderful rice paddy fields, after having lunch you contimue to Ban Den village to discover Tay ethnic group with many house on stilt and enjoy waterfall after that take a bus back Sapa for have a rest , free time discover Sapa market and shower before take a bus to Lao Cai station ...End tour..
