Day 1 : Arrival in Phnom Penh (by plane.)
Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, meet your English-speaking guide and transfer to your hotel. Free time for rest in the afternoon. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 2 : Phnom Penh City Tour (Breakfast and Dinner on a private local boat in front of the Royal Palace.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, the National Museum (rich in statues from Angkor), and the Apsara Dance School (closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays). Lunch at your own expense.
In the afternoon, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21), stroll through the Central Market (Art Deco style) and Wat Phnom Hill. Evening walk along the Mekong River at sunset. Dinner on a private local boat in front of the Royal Palace, with a bottle of wine or champagne, offering magnificent views with the reflection of the Royal Palace on the Mekong River. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 3 : Phnom Penh – Silk Island Tour (Breakfast and Lunch Included.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Silk Island, known as Koh Dach, accessible by ferry, where time seems to stand still. On a bicycle (or tuk-tuk for those who prefer), you will observe the weavers at work, visit temples, tropical plantations, schools, the market, and rice fields. You will also visit the beach to meet local fishermen. Lunch with a local family.
Return to Phnom Penh by private boat in the late afternoon, with a sunset view of the Royal Palace. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 4 : Phnom Penh – Koh Kong (Breakfast Included, 280 km.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart by private car with a guide for Koh Kong. Check-in at your hotel. Afternoon free for rest. You can try kayaking on the river near your room, an activity offered free of charge by the hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight in Koh Kong at the 4 Rivers Ecolodge.
Day 5 : Koh Kong – Chi Phat (Breakfast and Lunch Included.)
After breakfast, depart for the Chi Phat community located in the Cardamom Mountains. Upon arrival at Andong Teuk, continue by traditional boat, passing a village along a river and mangrove forests. You may have the chance to observe monkeys.
Explore Chi Phat village and its community projects, followed by a bike ride to explore the area: reforestation projects, swimming in the river, and a sunset on the hills. Simple lunch with a local family. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Koh Kong.
Day 6 : Koh Kong – Free Day (Breakfast Included, No Guide or Driver.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to explore the surroundings at your own pace.
Day 7 : Koh Kong – Koh Russey Island (Breakfast Included, No Guide, 218 km.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the driver and transfer to Sihanoukville. Continue by speedboat from the Alila hotel (15-20 minutes). Meals on your own. Overnight on Koh Russey Island.
Days 8 and 9 : Koh Russey Island – Free Days (Breakfast Included, No Guide or Driver.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free days to enjoy the island and its activities at your own pace.
Day 10 : Koh Russey Island – Phnom Penh Airport (Breakfast Included, No Guide, Approx. 240 km, 5-6 hours drive.)
Breakfast at the hotel. Return to the port, meet your driver, and transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport for your departure flight.
