Our guide will pick you up in Hanoi's Old Quarter and first teach you how to greet people in Vietnamese. You will then become familiar with the daily life of locals, navigate the traffic, and stroll through the streets.
Learn more about the history and culture of Vietnam while tasting 10 or more dishes at some of the city's best restaurants and street stalls. Sample a variety of dishes, such as "nộm bò khô" (papaya salad with dried beef), "bún chả" (grilled pork with rice noodles), and authentic "pho" (rice noodle soup).
Try "nem phở cuốn" (fresh and fried spring rolls), "bánh cuốn" (steamed rice pancakes), and "bánh mì" (sandwich). Save room for sweets with "bánh gối" (pillow-shaped fried cake) and "bánh rán" (a type of donut). Sip on "trà đá" (iced tea) or "bia hơi" (beer), and finish with a dessert tasting including "chè" (sweet soup).
