Travel by air-conditioned bus from Hanoi to Tam Coc and take a sampan to discover impressive caves. Experience local life by crossing picturesque villages, exploring ancient temples, and enjoying a Vietnamese lunch.

Start your day early with a pickup from your hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter. Board a luxury van to visit Hoa Lu, an ancient capital of Vietnam.

Visit the temple of King Dinh and the temple of King Le (dating from the 10th century), and learn about the heroic lives of these two kings during the wars against China. At midday, relax in a local restaurant and enjoy a meal of typical dishes.

Continue to Tam Coc and take a traditional sampan boat along the Ngo Dong river to explore the three Tam Coc caves. After returning to the dock, take a bike ride through traditional villages and the town of Tam Coc.

Finally, visit the Mua caves, which attract many visitors each day. Climb 500 stone steps to reach a stunning panoramic viewpoint where you can admire the countryside and the Ngo Dong river all the way to Tam Coc. In the evening, return to Hanoï.
