You will immediately feel the difference as you take winding, small roads surrounded by lush green rice paddies and peaceful landscapes.

9:30 AM - Visit to Thanh Toan bridge and the local market :
The first stop of the day is the charming Thanh Toan bridge, a covered wooden bridge dating back to the feudal period of Vietnam. This bridge, a true gem of traditional architecture, spans a quiet little stream. You will learn about its fascinating history and cultural significance to the local people. Right next door, you'll visit a small museum dedicated to rice cultivation, where you'll learn about traditional methods of harvesting and processing rice, which are essential to the local economy.

Next, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the adjacent local market. Here, locals sell all sorts of fresh products, from exotic fruits to locally grown vegetables, as well as aromatic spices and regional culinary specialties. It’s a perfect opportunity to interact with the vendors and learn more about their way of life.

The morning continues with a visit to a mushroom farm where you'll discover the process of cultivating various types of mushrooms organically. Local farmers will explain each step, from spore inoculation to harvesting. You will even have the chance to participate in picking fresh mushrooms and maybe even taste a few that are freshly picked.

12:00 PM - Boat cruise and lunch :
After exploring the farm, you'll board a small boat for a relaxing cruise on a tranquil lagoon. As you gently navigate the water, you can admire the surrounding landscapes, with mountains in the background and small villages scattered along the banks.

Your destination is a local restaurant nestled by the lagoon, where you'll enjoy a lunch of Vietnamese specialties, including fresh fish, seafood, and locally grown vegetables. Each dish is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
