Tour Code: HG04
Duration: 04
Level: Average

Day 01 : Ha Giang - Heaven's Gate - Quan Ba pass - Yen Minh - Vuong palace - Dong Van.
On this day, we embark on a 155 km journey, with about 1 hour of walking. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to meet the H'mong people and discover their way of life. We will have plenty of time to stop at beautiful locations for photos or simply to enjoy the scenery.
Heaven's Gate is at an altitude of 1,500 meters, above the clouds. The view from this spot is incredible. In Quan Ba, you can see the famous Twin Mountains. After that, we will have lunch at a small restaurant in Yen Minh.
Heading down to Ha Giang, we stop 15 km west of Dong Van to visit the Vuong palace, which the H'mong people built for their king in the past.
We reach Dong Van around 5:00 PM. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Dong Van is a quiet village worth a nice walk.

Day 2 : Dong Van - Chinese border - Flag tower - Lo Lo village - Cuc Bac panorama - Dong Van.
After breakfast, we will visit the flag tower and the Chinese border.
Today, we will cross the Dong Van Geopark. The view is better by car. Next, we visit a village of the Lo Lo people (a very small ethnic group living in the region). We follow the Chinese border; it becomes even more beautiful as we head towards Cuc Bắc in the northwest. We have lunch at a restaurant and return to Dong Van for an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Dong Van - Ma Pi Leng pass - Meo Vac - Du Gia.
Today, we will cross the Dong Van Geopark. The view is incredible as we head towards the most beautiful pass in Vietnam: Ma Pi Leng pass (considered the "king" of passes in Vietnam). At the top of this pass begins the Happiness Road (20 km long), carved by hand into the mountain by the local people, creating a romantic atmosphere.
In Meo Vac, you will see one of the most beautiful landscapes in the country: Mau Due and Du Gia ! There are many terraced rice fields here. We arrive at Du Gia and have lunch with a Tay minority family. We can swim in the Du Gia village waterfall (if we are on time), one of the cleanest waterfalls in Hà Giang. Overnight at a homestay.

Day 4 : Du Gia - Bac Me - Ha Giang.
Here, you can take a walk to visit the rice terraces and take many photos. Visit a White H'mong family's home and enjoy numerous beautiful landscapes !
At 5:00 PM, we will return to Ha Giang. We will take you to rest at a homestay and have a shower.
At 8:30 PM, a sleeper bus will pick you up to return to Hanoï, and the tour will end here.
